TYLT has been a joke. I ordered ONE of them but was charged for two. I thought whatever, I could give one to my kids to share for their new Nexus 7's for Christmas. I waited MORE THAN A WEEK and never got an email with a tracking number. I called them 7 times in 2 days, each time leaving a very detailed message with my order number requesting a call back. I NEVER received a call back. I also sent 10 messages in 3 days and FINALLY got a response:
Hi Jeff,
Thank you for contacting TYLT customer support. We did receive your order and it will be processed as soon as possible. I apologize for the delay as we were having some issues with our website but your order was received. Also, the amount was deducted from your account, it is just pending authorization.
We will get your order out to you ASAP.

He is full of it, my account has already been charged. I'm hoping that they don't charge me again when and IF I ever receive my order.
I sent another email today. It's been 4 days since I received the email above. Still no shipping number; still no information about my order.
