A recent problem has popped up on my wife's and my Maxx, we can be talking (to whoever) and all of a sudden our audio (on the receiving end) goes out. We have to hang up and call again and this could happen maybe once a call or several times. We just had replaced the ones we bought (in Feb. 2014) and Verizon said the audio was going out and the replacement is doing the same thing on hers with the audio. I'm waiting for mine to start since hers is doing it.
