DMService has stopped

Yesterday I enabled HD Calling on Verizon but noticed it was quite glitchy when connecting and disconnecting from calls. I disabled and restarted a few times and now am getting a popup that says "Unfortunately DMService has stopped". Not sure if this is related or not, any ideas? Thanks

This forum is dead...everyone must have moved onto the Turbo or N6.

Think I resolved the issue. Force closed DMService in Settings, Cleared Data and Cache and restarted...no issues since.

I don't think it's necessarily dead but I really don't care about nor need volte so I, at least, had no idea about your issue. I'm not sure I get why volte is needed on the Maxx. The phone already does simultaneous voice and data and there are better solutions for video calling that are not carrier-specific.

Thread wasn't intended to be about VoLTE, just an incidental mention due to when the error started.

As for VoLTE, simply enabled it to see what the hype was about, didn't necessarily have to have it.
