...best buy guy sold me a samsung charging pad that worked perfectly for a week. Now the.phone is not charging. It lights up with a 0% ,charge symbol then a white Motorola. Logo every so often as it sits on it. The battery is also new a day or 2 before i got the pad. Im Cool with a new plan i just want my stuff i have stored in that phone

Welcome to Android Central! I'm sorry, can you clarify your main issue? If you're concerned that the phone is no longer wirelessly charging, have you confirmed this on a different wireless charger? Maybe the charger you have is faulty. Or are you saying that the battery won't even charge when plugged in with a wall charger?

When a Maxx is too discharged to even light the display, the white LED comes on while you are charging. However, the Droid Maxx must be powered on to wirelessly charge, so you may be in a catch-22 if you cannot charge with the USB port.
