Does Mini have Quick Capture for camera?

Just got the Mini yesterday and so far love it. But, in reading about it online many reviews reference the ability to shake the phone twice to get the camera to come up (Quick Capture) - I have not been able to get this to work on mine. Anyone else having the same trouble? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Works perfect on my Mini - remember its not really shaking the device, its more like your quickly opening a water faucet.

I've also heard it described as twisting a door knob twice. I'm liking the feature more than I would have thought. Taking more pictures because of it too.

Go into the camera app and bring up the settings (swipe L to R)
Rotate the circle until you get to the last option which has a hand holding a phone.
Tap on this to make sure it has the BLUE outline.
This turns on the feature.
