I've noticed a shorter battery life with my Nexus 7 (2012). I spoke with a Google rep at Best Buy yesterday and he said he hadn't heard of that issue on the 2012 model but said they were aware of it on the 2013 model.

Out off curiosity did you get the OTA or did you side load the update.zip from the droid max? If you received the OTA, what day did you get it?

I seem to be getting pretty good battery life on my Maxx. 4.4, rooted with SlapMyMoto, ART runtime.

Battery life is absolutely abysmal since the latest update. 19.5.3.obakem_verizon.
Ugh...anyone have any clue how to fix Android OS from not taking up 20% of hte battery life...just sitting there doing nothing?

I went to bed with the phone off the charger at 75%.
Awoke to 50%. 25% doing nothing while I'm sleeping.

Prior to the update, lost maybe 8-10% overnight. And I didn't change any apps after the update, so I know it's the OS.
