Battery Life on 4.4.4

I'm getting much worse battery life on 4.4.4 than I was on 4.4 (which gave me worse battery life than JB). Went from about 16 hrs to 10 hrs now.

What kind of battery life are all of you getting after updating to 4.4.4?

Terrible. On a nearly 3 hour bus ride Sunday, with not a whole lot of use on a mostly full charge, I had to grab a battery pack by evening after my phone died.

With a mostly full charge from being on a car charger all day, I had to plug in at 20% after less than 5 hours' use off the charger.

This was after changing to ART and clearing cache, twice, mind you. Time for an FDR.

Update: I tried a factory reset a couple days ago, failed miserably. Battery drain is the same, maybe even worse!

I am not seeing any difference with battery drain on 4.4.4 update.

Update 2: After nearly a week since reset and giving Snapdragon Battery Guru another go, I think I have seen improvement in battery life. I'm currently on Dalvik (I retried ART before reset with no improvement) but might try ART again to see if it'll help.

While lasting more than a day never worked for me, at least I don't have to plug in before evening so far this week.
