Brand new Droid Pro Won't Turn on?

My Boss just bought a Droid Pro... He let it Charge Fully but now we can't get it to turn on

Any Tips and Tricks?

Im a Evo Nut so This is like Grk to me

Do a battery pull then press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds. If that doesn't work you might have a bum unit.

Yea I did the basics... I sent him to VZW Let them deal with it...
