What is the radio update C_01.3E.03P in Rom Manager? Do I need it?

As the title says...what is it?

I'm running JRummy Remix v.7. do i need this update? What does it do? does v.7 already have this update? I want to install it if i need to, but if I dont need to I want to ignore it....i just dont know anything about it.

I don't have the specifics off-hand, but that's an update to your radio's firmware- meaning, this is a fix that will likely help you get better connections on bluetooth, wifi, and cellular connections.
You don't HAVE to install it, but it's highly recommended.

well i installed the radio update, had to re-activate my phone on the network. it didn't blow up, and it seems to be working...so far so good.

Yea doesn't really do much from what I seen.
If your phone is on another network I dont recommend installing it though, you'll need to reconfigure it.
