Yes its possible and the kernal has been released. She runs fast but OS slightly unstable. But its nice to know my phone can handle it and to play with the phone at that speed. Its like instant no flagged you press something its loading and loading quick. Man I love my Droid

This bad boy gulps the battery down at those speeds went from 50% to 20% on a few mins

I dont think I would EVER go that crazy. I sit at 800 and I am more then happy with the response and performance it brings.

Its fun to me to see what my phone is capable of some people's phone wouldn't boot mine did in 30 seconds but it was slightly unstable after a few hours running it I started to get reboots. So I dropped back to 1.1 MHz
