Am I all backed up???

Here is what I did.
Rooted with super one click
Flashed clockworkmod recovery
said to back up my current rom that is stock 2.2.1. Phone rebooted and backed up a ton a data to the SD.

Now can I safely flash CM7? or do I need to back up something else. All apps using Astro and the SD card are backed up but I am really worried about the stock rom.

Look in your SD card for clockworkmod/backup and see if there are any folders in there. Those should be your nandroid backups.

You rooted with S1C?? I didn't think that worked with 2.2.1...are you positive your rooted?
