why cant i factory reset

trying to factory reset my droid turbo 2 but when I get to the point where it says reset phone, it is greyed out what do I do.

If you have a pin/pattern code enabled, disable it.

Next, go to Settings -> Accounts and delete your Google account(s).

Now, try factory reset again.

Hello ksmith, welcome to the forums! Are you having any problem with your phone that you want to fix with the factory reset? Have you already tried the reset via recovery mode?
