What does this mean?

I went on the device help app on my phone & went to the fix it section & came across this

Why has CPU got an explanation mark by it? Plus it keeps going up & down between 9% & very rarely over 30%. When I click on it I get this come up



Is there something wrong with my CPU if so how can I fix it?

Perfectly normal for the CPU to stay low, and run up for a couple seconds at a time (say, when you tap something). You don't want it running full blast all the time. That'll drain your battery before you know it, and it'll make your phone pretty hot. As far as the (!) I don't see anything in your screenshot to indicate a problem.

Oh that's good. Thanks. Was just wondering why the was an ! & The other two didn't have it.
