No more metadata using google music or Amazon Prime music

Just recently, Amazon Prime Music and Google Play Music were updated. Since then I am no longer getting metadata nor can I change the song with any of my cars buttons. My car has not done any type of an update as it doesn’t have that capability. So, it must be something within the update to these apps that changed how it works. Anyone else seeing these issues? It’s so infuriating when this happens! This isn’t the first time either. It’s happened throughout the history of my android experience and it just seems so unnecessary.

Nevermind. I emptied the cache. Now it's fine.

Well, it happened again. It seems every other day I need to clear the cache and re-Pair my device to my car. Why is this happening!?
