Headset pairs with my Droid Turbo 2, but I can't select Use for 'Phone audio' under device settings. I can only select to use 'Media audio'. All headsets I try are having this problem.

Had the same issue. Turns out, after pairing my bluetooth earpiece. The only thing that wouldn't pair is that I couldn't select the "phone audio" box. Frustrating!

I went old school and just restarted my phone. Boom...works now.

My phone has the same issue, reboot fixed it for about a day. Then I tried unpairing repairing, worked until I turned off my device it was connected to, then I tried resetting the bluetooth midi app in the application settings, force stop, clear data, power cycle phone, fixed it once, now I can't reset the app again. the option is greyed out. Happens in my car and on my bluetooth headset, box won't check. Running OS 6.0.1, car is a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze. Still haven't found a permanent fix. I don't really want to do an fdr if I can avoid it.
