No screen protector?

Anyone else not using a screen protector? I really love the feel of the regular glass. I'm never around sand so I doubt I'll scratch it...it just feels wrong...but so right at the same time.

I am rocking my ballistic nylon version totally naked. I tried to put a case on it, but it changed the feel so much I took that sucker off after a day or two. The size and feel of this phone is damn near perfect for me. I have the insurance just in case I screw it up with a drop and we all get a free screen replacement anyway.

If I could ever get a screen protector on without any bubbles, I might consider it. I am 0 for 1,456,542 lifetime getting screen protectors on perfectly.

After a year I could definitely see the scratches in my screen protector on my Maxx, and I baby my phones. Would never go naked. Guess I'm a belt and suspenders kind of guy. Kept my screen film on my Turbo till I got my glass. Don't laugh 😄, I was wondering where this higher resolution was till I pulled that off. Then I was impressed. OMG this is light years ahead of my Maxx.

Naked here. I've always used them but I opted against it this time. For one, no protector will cover the edges fully from what I can tell since the glass lifts at the edges. My sister got the Flexible Glass from Verizon and its awful. Its a $25 piece if plastic that can "crack" under pressure. It feels no different, finger prints attracts just as easily and smear/cleaning is not simple. More of a marketing gimmick. You'd be better off with the plastic for the price while waiting for a Tempered Glass.

I gave up with screen protectors several years ago when Gorilla glass became the norm. I guess they may give some level of protection when dropped but my HTC One usually lives in it's case with a cover

I've gotten a scratch on mine. It's just a light reflective one but it's there. Must've happened placing it face down on the bathroom vanity. No sand though. Not sure what scratched it.

Brand new, my phones get screen protectors and at the point its got some wear the phone usually goes without after that. Case wise, if I am going out camping or know that I will be out in the field a lot at work, I slip the phone into a rugged case for good measure.

I'm using the Verizon flexible tempered glass screen protector. Best I've ever had on a phone. I also use the Verizon brand shell holster case.

You have the same setup as I do. I used that style of holster on my Razr Maxx and Droid Maxx. I use it more for the weight as I felt the two Maxx phones were too light. 😄 Need a holster since I wear mine on the hip.
