Hi,
I've installed a tts option and selected it and downloaded all the necessary voice information but nothing seems to override google tts. Never had this problem before and wondering why it's popped up on the Turbo.
Does anyone have a solution to this?
Thanks

I'm not familiar with using other TTS services (only Google Now), but do you think disabling Google Now will be required for this to work? I'd suggest trying that (go to the Search app and disable Google Now) and see if it works. Let us know how it goes.

Well, it's Google TTS not Now. In settings under Language & Input there's a text-to-speech output where you can select Google or another option. This is the standard female voice that speaks during navigation or for google now.

Can't seem to get it to work though.
