Is it just the stock camera app, or are there other apps where you also have the issue? You can try wiping the app cache to see if that fixes it. Go to settings > application manager > camera and hit "clear cache"

Yes and a factory reset and no other camera apps don't work either

Did it all idk tried a bunch of camera apps none worked so Verizon said it was a warranty issue and over night d me a new one
