Why did my Android Turbo Max stop giving me my emails?

my android turbo max stopped giving me my emails?

received a phone call asking why im not responding to the contractors emails never received them told him, checked laptop they were on there but my phone stopped giving me my emails checked passwords and info but unable to get any new emails even had wife send me some but nothing but laptop shows I did receive them cant resolve issue need help!!

Welcome to AC.

Try Settings, Apps, All, then whatever email app you're using, and select Clear Cache and Force Stop. Open the app and try again.
Get back to us if no go.
