Why can't I hear incoming or outbound calls?

cannot hear incoming or outbound calls

Husband just purchased the Droid Turbo for me yesterday & i cannot hear any calls. Inbound or Outbound. Audio for Apps works just fine. Rebooted in safemode, rebooted in normal mode. Still cannot hear anything, No connection notification, No ringing. Caller can hear me, but i cant hear them at all. I can only make/take calls if it's in speaker.. Never hooked a bluetooth up to it. HELP!

Welcome to Android Central! Did you get it brand new, or used/refurbished? Check the status bar--is there a headphone icon, even when no headphones are inserted? If so, something might be lodged in the headphone jack, or the jack itself might be faulty.
