Random reboot, losing network info

Several times over the last few months, my Turbo has randomly rebooted. I have had random reboots before with no particular issues other than the aggravation. However, now the the turbo is forgetting all of my saved Wi-Fi networks each time, and that is much more aggravation than just a simple reboot because of having to re-enter all of the passwords, names, etc. Are any of you running into this issue or do you have any clues as to why it might be happening? I've had the phone since about original launch date.

You can try clearing the cache partition on your phone and if that doesn't work, I would try a factory reset.

Thx. I'll clear the cache partition, but the factory reset is a lot more hassle than just occasionally having to re-enter the "forgotten" wifi network info. It really seems strange just to lose that info-everything else is OK.

Yeah, it is a hassle, but if the problem persists and you have it looked at, they will do a factory reset to try and fix the problem anyway. Best of luck!
