Droid Turbo speaker sounds distorted, how can I get it working?

Droid Turbo speaker sounds distorted

OK so I bought a turbo online, everything worked great. Well about two weeks ago I was talking on the phone while it was on speaker. It went really quiet and distorted. I have tried to replace the speaker once but I believe that one was blown already. I have a new one coming today, but if that doesn't work does anyone know what it might be?

Its the crappy phone. Everything is great about the phone except voice quality. If you replaced the speaker yourself and not the entire device maybe the connection is poor.
