Why is my battery of Droid Turbo draining so fast?

My Motorola DRIOD turbo battery drains fast, even when i am sleeping. I read here to convert preferred network to LTE/CDMA from global but it doesn't work here in Pakistan Signals disappear. And when i select LTE/GSM/UMT my phone automatically converts 2G from 4G. I also checked battery graph which shows mobile signals and WIFI consume battery, but my wifi is off while sleeping....even off from advance settings as advised
Can anyone guide how to prevent battery drain in standby mood?
Is there battery problem? if yes, can I change this non-removable battery?

Has this always happened, or is it a recent problem?

How long have you had this device?

How good is your signal strength? If you are in an area with bad coverage, the battery will drain as the device struggles to stay connected to the network.
