How are you able to access the command center thru MM? I've have been trying and can't seem to get it to appear. Thanks!

Just to get it to show up? Long press on an open section of the screen > widgets > long press on command center. Not sure how to change the settings of an existing command center though.

I don't remember that popping up but do you not have HD voice / data turned on? That could be one solution. Calling Verizon to have it turned on on your account for free then settings>Advanced Calling>Turn on HD Voice and Video Calling

I don't want to use HD Voice.

Just out of curiosity, why?
It's free, sounds better and give you the ability to use data while on a call.
There may not be a way to turn the popup of without it but maybe someone else knows better.

Just FYI, here's one drawback we've found to HD voice: while it works well with normal speech, it can cut out and be impossible to understand when speaking quietly. (If you ever need to do this, try turning HD off.)
