phone not charging or connecting to PC

I bought a used Motorola Droid Turbo and it worked fine for a month and a half when suddenly just today when i decided to connect it to my PC to charge and transfer some pictures, i noticed it wasn't connecting, after some tries i decided to restart the phone , but the charge was at 10% and it cant boot up now
I've changed cables and tried all the basic stuff and I'm 100% sure its the phone and not the charging accessories. the thing is that the charging port is in very good condition with no water damage at all. when i was plugging the charger in and out of a socket, the adapter sparked just a little bit, which caused the phone to vibrate and try to boot up but it couldn't

Welcome to Android Central! It's possible the port got fried, or got damaged in some other way. You can't see most damage with the naked eye. Bring it to a repair shop.
