OneDrive Camera backup

My phone is attempting to back up pictures to my OneDrive but an alert reads: Camera backup is paused Please connect to a Wi-Fi or mobile network. I am connected to Wi-Fi. What gives?

Unfortunately I periodically have the same problem. I do not know why this happens either. I am definitely connected to my WiFi and everything else works but the OneDrive Camera backup. I have found that just turning WiFi off and back on triggers something that resolves the problem and the Camera backup starts. I will have to keep searching for a possible permanent solution but at least there is a workaround.
