HELP! Typing going nuts! erratic!

When I try to type a message whether on FB or yahoo messenger or text--keeps jumping screen to screen.., flashing bar moves pretty much all over the palce...its acting beyond weird...

Help???

I am having a similar issue. When I'm typing it sometimes types extra characters, spaces, etc., and can scroll up and down really fast. The only way I can stop it is hit the button on top to turn the screen off and back on, then it works fine for a short time. Tech support had me do a factory reset, but it didn't help. I'll be calling them back this morning to have them send me a new one.
