I have to add a new email account (bla@blabla.com) that I can't forward to my gmail and I have no idea how to make my phone send and receive it. Can anyone walk me through the steps?

I think you will need to install a third party app, like K-9 mail. Then you can enter all the necessary account settings and it should work fine.

Go the Accounts app or Settings -> Accounts and tap the "Add account" button at the bottom. Select "Email" and follow the setup wizard.
