About to upgrade - quick question.

I'm thinking about upgrading from My Droid x to something else (possibly a razr maxx) and was wondering if there's a way to transfer apps that aren't available on the market any more.
I have a couple that have since been taken down, and would like to keep them.

Hey I use an app called Andriod sync manager wifi. Its free, you need to download the app on your android and then the software on your computer. You can sync all inc apps then reinstall from the computer to new phone over wifi.

I also use titanium backup and sync everything to dropbox/google drive. Would this be enough if I re-installed that on the new phone and then restored the backup from there? That would be optimal.
