Can I exchange droid inc for this?

If it comes out on June 23rd I would be under my 30 contract free get out period. Though I purchased from Bestbuy so how will this work? Also will it get sold out like the other Droid is? How much will it cost?

Yeah you can just take your INC back to Best Buy. You will have to pay for the days of service used and such but they should take it back. The only concern I would have is if you would be able to activate a Verizon contract again after cancelling you service. I would check with Verizon or a Best Buy rep.

We don't know many details yet about pricing or supply but I would imagine this thing will sell out before you can blink your eyes.

You would need to return it to best buy. in the stores we do not take 3rd party retailers equipment on return or exchange. so as long as you are in the 30 days yes you can do it.

Rumors are saying it is coming out the 19th of July. You may want to return it now, since that won't be enough for your thirty days.

Yes, release is in July. The phone's official announcement was supposedly on June 23rd's big press conference with all the CEOs.

Everyone here is correct. If you are within your 30 days, return it. You can get the X when it comes out no problem. You will have to pay a restocking fee, and maybe days of service used, depending on if your rep is nice or not.
