Is there way to set text ringtones by person?
On other phones I used "ringo lite" to set text ringtones, but it doesn't work on the droid x.
I'm aware you can set a ringtone for calls by each contact, but I need to be able set the text ringtone individually.
Is there a way to set the text ringtones for each contact?

I use a combination of Handcent SMS and Ringdroid on my X. Ringdroid does a nice job of letting you crop any song exactly the way you want to hear the notification or ringtone. Handcent is a feature rich SMS app that let's you set notifications, fonts, profile pictures and on and on..... I have heard Go SMS is feature rich as well.
