Ok, new to Android after years of berryland, and my question is this.

How do i : 1 If an mp3 file is sent to me in an attachment, how do i download it to use as a ringtone and/or

2 If is have a ringtone sent to me as an html link is there a way to set it as a ringtone?

Do i need to install a 3rd party app to do any of this?

Help appreciated.
