Yep, got one in the mail today. On the back it said that my mobile number, ending in 1903, qualifies for a "special promotion price for ANY smartphone."

So I called up Verizon and talked to the lady, told her what I got in the mail. She was super nice. Now keep in mind, my 2 yr date isnt until July 5th, 2011. She said it was no problem AND they even waived the $100 rebate over the phone and I just added it to my bill, so why not?

I wont get the phone until 8/6 though. It's cool, no hurry.

I am hoping the estimated ship date isnt the actual ship date... one can only hope.

Well I had the 9630, downgraded to my Alias for awhile (out of a job right now, but will start one this week)...
