for the last 18 hours of so, I haven't been getting any email notifications....

for the last 18 hours or more, my DX hasn't notified me of any new emails at all! If I going into the messaging folder, it shows all my emails but even the "new" emails aren't showing up as new. "new" emails always show up in blue. already read emails are in white letting.

I don't get it. Why is the phone acting like I have already read the messages? no status bar notifiactions; no blue highlights emails; no email ringtone either....nothing.

I am getting notifications of new IMs on Gtalk though...so I know that at least something is working....just not emails.

Does anyone have any ideas that could help me. Thanks!

BTW.....yes, I do have notifications turned on for the emails.

yup. all the emails are showing up as already read.

Mine did this too. Factory reset fixed it.

how do you do a factory reset? that sounds like a total phone nuking!

I just found it somehwere in the settings menu....sound sliek that resets all your data and erases all applications! that doesn't sounds like a great plan to me.
