Need to restart after charging?

Has anyone noticed that as soon as you disconnect your Droid X from the charger, if you don't restart the phone, it will never go to sleep? Whenever I charge my Droid X and leave it alone for a while, after cheking Spare Parts it reports that the device has been running for 100% of the time with the culprit being Android System. Same thing happens after I stop using WiFi, but that's another matter...I think.

Hmmm. Just happened again too. Disconnected the charger, locked the screen, didnt touch it for 25 minutes, came back and opened spare parts, sure enough it hasnt slept. -_-
