Any Droid X users in the Des Moines area?

How's your voice/data signal and performance? I just moved to a townhome in Urbandale Iowa (des moines area) and am getting terrible service from Sprint with my Hero. I was ready to jump to the EVO but what's the point if I can't use it?

Anyway, the logical alternative is the X and Verizon. Any input from users in the area would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I had my original Droid when I lived in Urbandale (closer to Waukee) last year and the reception was great, 95% of the time I had a full signal

Thanks for the reply jerparker! I'm hoping to have a friend come by with a 3G enabled Verizon phone to help gage the service. Right now I'm averaging about -110dB (no bars) with Sprint and dropping to 1x for data constantly.
