Is anyone experiencing scrolling and screen response issues in 2.2?

I just want to know if I'm the only one, as this is the only issue I am having with froyo. When viewing a list or webpage, a swIpe of the finger to scroll is greeted by an extreme short and extremely annoying delay in screen response. This absolutely did not exist in 2.1. Also, browser scrolling has become an issue. Skyfire is slightly slower, and the stock browser is target useless. If anyone is experiencing this or has any insight I would greatly appreciate it. I'm running LP P and widget locker.
