Default Question about default swype or multi touch keyboard

Is there anyway to have the default keyboard when in PORTRAIT mode to swype and when in LANDSCAPE mode to default to multi touch?

In swype, you can treat the keyboard as a multi-touch at any time.

Look for 'keyboard manager' on the xda forums. Some guy made one, but I heard it was a little buggy so I haven't tried it out. Sorry don't have the link

Someone on droidxforums.com emailed the Tasker app dev team and they said it is on their road map.

Ultra Keyboard will let you do this. It has an option for a swype-like keyboard in it (not as nice as sywpe IMO though) and you can chose to have that for portrait and multi-touch for landscape.
