Alright, here's a story. Iv'e had this Droid X for a few months, I've left it on stock for this whole time, which was 2.2.3. I got curious the night before last and started looking for ROMs because II couldn't stand Gingerbread. I found Cyanogenmod 11, which was a Kitkat 4.4.4 ROM for the Droid X. I downloaded it, did superuser, TWRp, etc. After about 2 hours it came out fine. I love it, the screen was STILL fine at this point. So then yesterday I was in the car and I pulled it out of my pocked and it had messed up. Now my Droid did not have this problem before. I think it has something to do with my flashing KitKat on it. Could anyone else give me an opinion on this? I have tried Formatting my SD card, and reflashing 2 more times, I was going to try a SBF later. Another opinion or 2 would be very helpful. Thanks.

I think it is a damaged LCD, don't think it has anything to do with cm11.
But a reflash of firmware/sbf is safe to try.
The droid x is over 4 years old now, which is like 150 in cell phone years
