Default Where can I download 2.3 Gingerbread?

    Newbie question,

any specific site or location where I can download and update my Droid X? it's still running 2.2.1 and I would like to update it to the latest "official" update. Any pointers? And any specific process I need to do in order to update the phone properly? Came from BB Storm, and I am glad I made the switch!

    Thanks in advance!

You are running the most current official Droid x build. When google drops a new build it takes companies like moto forever to rework them how they want. Could be a few months till we see ginger.

I am now in the Galaxy Nexus member's club as of Aug 2012. Late to the party, but well before it shuts down!

Oh, yeah, can someone point me to 2.4 Ice cream that triples the battery life and makes the phone 5x faster? I can't seem to find it on Moto's website.
