I have Droid X, running Version 2.3.9.MB810.Verizon.en.US
Can't seem to get the device to do any updates at all.

While somewhat tech savvy with computers, not so much with this device. I am under the impression there have been updates that I am missing, but cannot figure out why I'm unable to OTA anything.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Current system version is 2.3.340
Android version 2.2.1

You are up to date on system updates. The "System Version" is actually an update for the "Android version" 2.2.1, which is the actual operating system.

The 2.3.340 system version has confused many into thinking this is the Gingerbread operating system update, which has not been officially released by Verizon and will be known as "Android Version 2.3.x".
