What is a GB soak? Are you meaning the OTA release?

it is ota but for a select few. general public won't get it till some time late next week i think if all goes well.

If VZW plays it the same as the OTA updates for the BlackBerries, you should see reports of upgrades starting about 5pm. Something about not starting the push of OTA updates until after 5pm. Once the push starts, then you can update at anytime you wish...
