Default Internet sharing with Xoom on bluetooth

I currently share my internet with the motorola xoom through bluetooth. No rooting or anything needed both stock. Can anyone confirm this still works after gingerbread update?

I can't seem to keep a connection longer than 15 minutes. It works well though with good speeds. When I loose connection the phone shows the 3g icon disappear then reappear. Resetting BT solves, but returns.
