My phone straight-up won't turn on. It was running slowly so I held down the power button to turn it off. Well that worked in turning it off but now it won't come back on.

I've tried pulling the battery, nothing changed.

Please help, why did I install this stupid update? ~_~

try ot get into options or open an app and it just reloads the default home screen

Sounds like you got a lemon. I'd take it to Verizon.
