No text/SMS client installed after root.

I recently rooted my DX2 with z4root. I was having trouble getting the root to stick(it was unstable, kept dropping shortcuts, losing apps, etc.), so I uninstalled it and installed the backup I had made with titanium. After I rebooted, everything was good except that my text/sms client was missing the body of the message you type in. There isn't a send button option either. I noticed that there were a few other similar issues in the forum, but they were about tablets. Any suggestions on how to get the stock client reinstalled? If I can't reinstall the stock client, can someone suggest a good replacement? I also lost the GooglePlay. It reverted back to the Market. How do I reinstall the GooglePlay app?

Update:24 hrs later, no reply. I didn't think it was that hard a question. Nevermind. Verizon is sending me a new phone.
