Anyone use titanium backup/ have issues?

Just rooted my droid x2, and installed titanium, although my sd card had my titanium backups from my previous phone. when i installed titanium, the folder in which they were in is now empty and i lost all of my backed up things. which apart from one app that i was hoping to get som information out of i can live with, but thought i would give a heads up

SD card is actually your internal memory. You need to point tibu to SD ext.

ah good call didnt even notice that, came from a fascinate and it didnt have a sd-ext. Thanks

How can i tell it what folder to get the back ups from? i just copied the data from my backup folder in sd-ext and moved it over to the new titanium folder, but it doesn't seem to recognize that they are there

Figured it out, i deleted the titanium backup folder that it made when i installed it then copied the entire folder from sd-ext to sd, and then it picked up on the backups, when i just copied the files and not the entire folder, it would see that they were there, until i went into the batch restore.
