    Default Bluetooth Pairing

Has anybody tried to pair a Droid to their PC? Whenever I try I get and error saying I cannot pair with the selected type of device (running Vista w/ MS Bluetooth stack).

Good question. These are the kinds of things Verizon has quietly done over the years, disabling features like these. I had a Moto v710 w/ bluetooth but they disabled pairing with a PC for transferring data.

Yeah I don't think Verizon is disabling anything, I think there is something wrong with either the phone or computer....heck besides the Verizon logo and marketplace category I don't know that they've added/removed anything form the device....but then again you never know.

Mine paired with my Vista with no problems. Sent files via blue tooth and worked as stereo audio.

I've paired mine with both Vista and XP machines and transfered files with no issues
