What to do with a Droid 1 when you've moved on

I have upgraded to a Droid 3, and now my poor OG Droid looks so lonely and pitiful sitting there.

Any fun ideas what to do with it now that it's no longer in use? Any fun projects I can put it through?

The only use it's currently getting is acting as a Remote control for our Logitech Revue.

Root it and flash custom ROMs or give it to a kid to play games on.

Rather than buying a iPod Touch, I gave my kid my OG Droid. Without a wireless plan, that's really all the thing is... Although it will still allow someone to dial 911, which is something a iPod can't do.

I don't really understand why some manufacture hasn't done this already on their own. I think the market is ripe for a cheaper iPod alternative beyond the Zune.

I'm currently in the same boat. Former OG owner rocking D3. While I sold my wife's Eris on Craigslist, I've kept my OG for a rainy day. It currently serves as my backup alarm/wifi only device.
