Hello All! I got my car dock today, but am still waiting for my media dock, so I am gonna use the free dock app that was mentioned a few threads earlier. My question is, if I now use this as my alarm clock, and the screen is on all night, will this shorten the life of my phone..screen specifically?? TIA!

Nope. Probably shorten the battery life. Its not a plasma screen.

AWSOME!!! Thanks, well now it is time to see how long the battery life is gonna last after I use it as.....a gps, alarm clock, portable internet device, email machine, and on and one until I need a new battery because I wore out the old one

The media dock is also a charger. That's what makes it awesome.

yeah no need to waste the battery when you use the media dock. I actually wired my car so I I can charge whiles its a navigation unit as well .

I love this thing more than any other technological device I have ever owned
