Need help with my og droid

I've got a few problems.
1.) My nvm folder is locked. (Yes I know what's in here. No I can't discuss why I need this unlocked)
2.) What are the meid and esn locations for the og droid? I'm on 2.2.3
3.) No matter how many times I tell rom manager to flash clockworkmod it won't stick
4.) When I boot into diag mode it'll randomly reboot sometimes when using cdma ws or qpst
5.) What is your opinion on the best rom for the droid?

I can't answer questions 1-4 but as for 5, I've always had good luck with Droid Concepts roms. I think the last one was build 13. It's Froyo based.
